Supply Chain Specialist
We are seeking a full-time, Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team here at Mommy Knows Best!
Who We Are:
Mommy Knows Best offers lactation supplements, cookies, and brownies to new moms who are breastfeeding their newborn baby. More than that, we offer a community and full support during this exciting journey which they have recently started on.
Duties Includes:
- Create and manage Excel spreadsheets (and google docs)
- Sales and re-order forecasting
- Track components coming from overseas
- Calculate ingredients orders
- Contact with suppliers/freight forwarders
- Assist with ordering process for our raw materials and ingredients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Extreme attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- Willingness to learn
- Sense of humor/positive outlook : )
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, and have multiple projects going on at the same time
- Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets
- Advanced computer skills Required (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
